How it works
- Set the Agenda
Decide what you want to cover in the session. If you have big, meaty topics, generally fewer is better. See our lists of topic ideas below. - Book your session
Choose a date and time that suits you. We'll send you reminders and some helpful tips to get the most out of the session. - Prepare for the call
Ensure you have all relevant resources handy and people ready. And your A/V setup is good to go. - After the call
You'll receive your session wrap-up: the call recording, key insights, and recommendations, ready for you to put them into action.
Topics we can cover
This is essentially an "ask me anything" session. You can bring as many diverse questions as you like – business performance challenges, growth plans, marketing uncertainties, sales enablement roadblocks, etc.
Our recommendation is to be realistic with the time we've allocated, so you get the most out of it. Generally, less is more.
For example: 1 or 2 bigger topics you want to explore in depth, as well as perhaps some smaller tactical questions or concerns that you need an expert opinion on.

FAQs
These sessions are best suited to industrial businesses with growth goals, where the leadership team is seeking additional expertise/insights, but not yet looking for (or ready to commit to) a larger scope of work, such as strategic audit or growth marketing plan.
This session is designed to be high-impact in one hour. If you need more time or ongoing support, we can discuss next steps, such as booking in additional sessions or longer workshops, etc.
Alternatively, you might want to consider a Strategic Audit.
Firstly, make sure you know what you would like to cover in the session. Remember, it is a one hour session, so be realistic about what outcomes you'd like to achieve.
After booking, we'll send you some further information on preparing in advance, such as having any resources or documentation handy prior to starting the session; make sure all team members are invited and join the call promptly; and make sure your IT setup is good to go so we can do our best to avoid any technical glitches.
